Don’t Have a Valentine? Apply for The Bachelor’s New “Golden Years” Show to Find Love

With Valentine’s day right around the corner, love is in the air. Whether it’s love for your partner, your family, your dogs, or your bottle of wine, everyone is expressing their affection for the people most important in their lives. However, many find themselves single in their later years without a valentine and Chris Harrison has the solution. Yes, that’s right. The Bachelor is filming a new show about senior citizens finding love.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Bachelor franchise, they produce reality shows that help people “find love” or you know, Instagram followers. The premise of the original show, The Bachelor, which is currently airing it’s 25th season, involves 25 women competing for one man’s heart. They quickly branched off with other shows such as The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and Listen To Your Heart.

They are now casting for a new show aimed at senior citizens who are looking for a committed relationship. The casting page states:

“Are you entering your golden years and looking for romance? The producers of The Bachelor are looking for active and outgoing single men and women in their golden years for a new exciting dating show!”

If you’re in your golden years (65 to 80 years old) and looking for a fun adventure, fame, and maybe even love, spend 15 minutes filling out the online application here.

Happy Valentine’s day from CarePenguin!
